About cyclical living:

We are always in a continuous movement of cyclical patterns, both within and without. The processes of growth (east section), bloom (south), decrease (west) and rest or death (north) are intertwined in our life. 

In this drawing you can see a (simplified) overview of how this all relates to eachother. The east energy of new beginnings and birth has the same qualities as the waxing moon and your pre-ovulation. All these 'wheels' have a similair energy but move in their own patterns through time, your body and nature. To live in close relations with these patterns can help you to connect more with life, your body, your spirit, nature and the land you life on.
